Das Haus eignet sich gut für Paare, Familien (mit Kindern) oder auch größere Gruppen bis 6 Personen. Das Haus hat eine Solaranlage und wird aus dieser zu 80% versorgt.

The dream house is located directly in Berlin on the Spree with a small boat harbor and 1000 m² park-like garden. On the ground floor (with underfloor heating) is the living room, the kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower/integrated steam sauna and a Miele washing machine. On the child-friendly upper floor is a large bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a whirlpool. There is also a baby cot, a baby changing table and a baby playpen.

The interior has a cool concrete vibe, contrasting nicely with the warm furnishings. Large windows bring the lush garden inside, merging the indoors with the outdoors. Access to the sauna house in the garden, towels, bedding and utilities included.
