Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

The well-kept apartment is located on the ground floor of a very quiet and well-kept house and offers everything for a relaxed stay. The old town of Köpenick is just a "stone's throw away" and offers a wonderful stay to eat, relax and stroll. Directly at the property there is the tram stop, supermarkets and the shore of the river "Dahme".
