Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Neu Zauche is located between the Upper and Lower Spree Forest and is ideal as a starting point for numerous excursions into the beautiful surroundings. Your newly renovated and modern furnished apartment offers a separate living room, a bedroom, the bathroom as well as a practical kitchenette and is ideal for 2 people. The large garden invites you to linger with sun loungers, the cozy barbecue corner or a table tennis table.

The duplex apartment is located directly on the picturesque Teupitzer See. The modern residential building was completed in 2017 and thus meets the highest living standards. The apartment is characterized by the new furniture as well as the many light sources that contribute to creating a cozy atmosphere. Absolut abgelegen liegt dieses Tiny House auf einem 2,5 Hektar großen Waldgrundstück (neben zwei weiteren Ferienhäusern) in der Natur des Spreewaldes. Das Ferienhaus wird jetzt das erste Mal vermietet nachdem es umfangreich erneuert wurde. Du findest eine gut ausgestattete Küche, drei Doppelbetten, eine Klimaanlage und einen Kamin vor. In den umliegenden Wäldern kannst du wandern, du kannst im nahegelegenen See baden, angeln oder Kanu fahren.

We are happy to welcome our guests ourselves. The property is only suitable for 2 people and not suitable for children. Deviations from the set minimum stay can be agreed via a request. The property is not accessible.

The house has a surrounding large terrace which has a wonderful view of the Spree and the Spree meadows.
