Welcome to the Grainery! This is a uniquely built grain bin for four, tucked in the edge of the forest in the Ozark Hills. Bring along your smores and enjoy roasting them over a beautiful wood fire and count the stars as you relax in a soothing spa. Need more space, bring an RV with full hook up available for an extra $50 a night. We hope you have a peaceful and enjoyable stay in God’s creation. Come stay at the ranch! As we no longer need a farmhand, we are offering the cabin as a place to relax and enjoy the Ozarks at their finest! The house has been recently repainted, a soaking tub added, and the gas fireplace upgraded. The kitchen is fully furnished and a propane grill provided. Panther Creek Guesthouse

It was our dream to turn it into a cozy, comfortable home that could be enjoyed by anyone needing a quiet country getaway. We are located close to Big Piney River, with river access from almost any direction, Piney River Brewing Company, Big Piney Sportsman's Club, Mark Twain National Forest and about 45 minutes to hour to several accesses on the Current and Jacks Fork Rivers.

Lillian’s blackberry cabin in Goodhope

Lillian’s Blackberry Cabin is a labor of love — once my childhood home, it sat neglected for 40 years until we lovingly started restoring it in 2020. Today, it’s a peaceful retreat where you can recharge, walk quiet dirt roads, and watch the sunset from the deck. Featured in 417 Magazine November 2024. We are actually about 15 miles southwest of Ava on highway 76 near Goodhope (there is no address on GPS for more exact location).
