Monthly Rentals in Springfield

We had a great time at this Place, it met all of our needs and especially for our dog he loved having a fenced in yard to play in and Explore he did not want to leave when we were checking out. It was very quiet and we did not have any issues with only having the side door as an entrance. We were very pleased and the Host always communicated well whenever we needed something or had any questions. Highly recommend this location we will come back in the future to here.

Lovely place to stay! There plenty of room for all the guests so nobody felt cramped, but there was still communal space so we didn't feel so spread out in the house. Amazing location, I would stay here again if ever in town!!

This is one of the nicer Air B&B places I have stayed in. It’s a very private setting in a safe area and the one bed one bath has all the amenities you could possibly need. It was very comfortable and the hosts are friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend this place. The price was very reasonable too.

This place was quaint and rustic. A great spot for my family getaway with small kids. They had a trampoline and playground which my 4 year old was thrilled to play with. The chickens,ducks, and cats were all fun to watch as they played around the yard. The hosts son also played with my kiddo. The hosts were very friendly and were around but not intrusive. They provided fresh eggs and fresh ground coffee and immediately responded to messages. The only thing I didn’t like was the kitchen sink being the bathroom sink.
