Monthly Rentals in Springton Reservoir

Second time staying here, one of our favorite most cozy Airbnb's. Owners live next door and provide whatever you need but are never intrusive. Beds are beyond comfortable. Location is central but very quiet. 10 star if we could.

Great location with multiple restaurants, grocery stores, train station and the room was exactly as described. Everything was very new and clean! Perfect for solo travelers. Steady Wi-Fi. Having a washer/dryer just steps away was super convenient. Very responsive host. Definitely recommend.

It's a perfectly lovely cottage, as seen in the photos. One big happy room with a comfy bed. We stayed for a weekend, and drove to Philly a couple times (40 minutes?), which was close enough. We also hiked a bit. You can walk right out of the house, right down the road, right into the nearby state park, and right into the adjacent arboretum. Which is altogether pretty cool. Could it possibly be better? Yes, the one drawback is that you're staying in someone's yard. But the house is pretty far back, and we did not meet our hosts, or anything like that. That is to say it felt very private. In short, it was absolutely 100% worth the price.

Anne’s place was truly perfect. We could not have asked for a better place to stay while in PA for a convention at the Expo Center. Anne is an excellent communicator, always attentive and helpful with our questions. My wife and I brought our almost 3 year old daughter with us and Anne made the stay extra comfortable for all of us. She gave us local recommendations, which we took- so happy we checked out Jenkin’s Arboretum! I look forward to staying at Anne’s home again next time our family is traveling to the area!
