In the morning, you can head straight for the hiking or cycling trails and return in the evening to a quiet, noise-free environment. The apartment is ideal for those seeking relaxation, nature and comfort in one place. In the surrounding area, you will find beautiful forests, views, and famous places in the Šumava region. The Lookout House with a panoramic window and spacious terrace resembles a boat hovering over the landscape. The smell of wood, a sofa and a fireplace with a comfortable kitchen form a well-tuned whole. It can comfortably accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

In the heart of the old town – and at the same time a bright, open retreat above the rooftops. While life is bustling below, you can enjoy the loft-like apartment upstairs, with light, space and a view of the greenery. Cafes, restaurants and beer gardens are in the immediate vicinity. The bakery is in the building. The Danube, promenade and boat dock are just a few steps away. Convenient arrival: Flexible check-in, key box. You can stop briefly to unload directly in front of the building. Parking in the nearby area.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Welcome to the Werkhalle. A former railway building reinterpreted. The boutique loft, with its modern design and curated art, is a place to arrive and feel at ease, with space for 2–6 people. It is the perfect starting point for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and skiing. Enjoy swimming in Drachensee and the golf course with its breathtaking views. Excursion destinations such as the Flederwisch, Wildgarten and Felsengänge are in the immediate vicinity.
