Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You will find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they cannot be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

My apartment has everything you need for your comfortable stay, bedroom, bathroom, equipped kitchen and great location. The apartment is located in a quiet part of the center of České Budějovice, 5 minutes walk from Přemysl Otakar II Square. At a distance of 200m there is a city park with benches and a fountain. Apartment 2+kk is airy, facing west. The accommodation is great for couples, solo travelers, and business trips.

The bedroom has a double bed, a single bed and a folding chair. There's a sofa bed in the kitchen/living room. A total of 5 places. The house has its own courtyard with outdoor seating. Possibility to rent a baby cot. The kitchen includes an electric stove with a glass ceramic hob, a kettle and a toaster. Accommodation on the outskirts of Č. Budějovice in the immediate vicinity of public transport (300 m.). Bus ride to the center about 10 minutes. There is also a restaurant, drugstore, tobacco shop or grocery store nearby.

Our Samson Guesthouse is not only a perfect relaxing location, you will also be pleased with its proximity to South Bohemian monuments, such as Hluboká nad Vltavou, České Budějovice, or Třeboň. Lovers of walks will also find their own, thanks to the large forest, literally "a stone's throw" from the guest house. If you are a bit more active, we have a lot of kilometers on the straight for cyclists, so that you can not only do sports, but also relax.

The flat compromises airy open plan kitchen/living room and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge). The lounge has a LED TV. Wifi available. Bedroom is air conditioned. The velux windows in the bedroom is facing a clean park, approx. 50 metres from a railway. Parking is available in the street.

The apartment is divided into two rooms - a kitchen, where there is a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, and a bedroom, where there is a sofa bed for 2 people and the possibility of an extra bed/crib. The kitchen is fully equipped (electric oven with hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle). The kitchen also includes a fireplace. The apartment has a shower and a separate toilet.

Chalupa U Čmeláka

A luxuriously equipped cottage for all who love unspoiled nature and still like to indulge in luxury accommodation. There is a spacious garden with a pergola and a terrace. In case of bad weather, you can sit in the lounge with a fireplace. Experience relaxation in a hot tub with a unique view (extra charge). The hot tub is located outside and is in operation from March 1 to October 31 (depending on current temperatures). We do not allow pets.
