My place is in a terrific CBD location right downtown & 3 doors from "Young & Jacksons" Hotel right across from Flinders Street Station & Federation Square. It's within the Free Tram Zone & overlooks the fabulous Degraves Street & within walking distance of the MCG, Rod Laver Arena, Yarra River, Botanical Gardens, National Gallery, Southern Cross Station & Etihad Stadium. A supermarket is next door. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Melbourne has been ranked by the Economist Intelligence Unit as the world's most liveable city for seven years from 2011 to 2017. In the CBD of this world's most liveable city, the main street is Swanston Street between the landmark Flinders Street Station and Federation Square to Melbourne Central and State Library. My place is located on this main street, opposite Melbourne Town Hall, between Bourke Street Mall and Collins Street. All around are shopping, cafes, restaurants and laneways.
