Guests LOVE this condo! It's completely updated and very modern!. Enjoy 2 larger TV's, plus a GORGEOUS view from the 20' private balcony overlooking the Bay! This condo in St. Petersburg is in a great location close to all amenities with many restaurants nearby, including Doc Ford's next door, and shopping nearby. Lots to do; and a 6 minute drive to Madeira Beach! Close to fishing including deep sea. 1-bedroom with a King size bed, plus a new pull-out couch.. all new (not yet shown in pics)!

Spectacular beach to bay views from this resort.

Our condo has spectacular water views from the Bay to the Beach. We have a large one of a kind kitchen that is unique to our resort, with granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets, and all stainless steel appliances. Everything you need to prepare a meal is provided along with basic spices and condiments, Coffee, creamer, and sugar. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and walk in closet with all beach gear also available for your use. We have 2 - 50" flat screen TV's with cable as well.

Enjoy an intimate and relaxing stay on the best stretch of the St. Pete Beach of Pass-a-Grille. Walk out your door to the white sand towards the famous Don Cesar or dine on your deck facing the water. Free parking, 2 bikes, SUP board, towels, umbrella, beach chairs, & cooler! We are allowed 3 rentals under 28 yearly. Please inquire to see if you are one of the lucky guests to come. We love long term guests but understand not everyone can do this and simply need a little escape! 🤍

Walking steps to the beach .Second floor unit with a full kitchen, sleeps 4 people: 1 Murphy Bed (Queen size) comes out from wall and 1 pull out sofa bed, also a queen size. This condo has a cute private balcony where you can sit and enjoy the courtyard/garden view. The kitchen has pots, pans and all kitchens essentials to enjoy your vacation.

Pass-A-Grille Beach studio everything you need is here! Nice big deck with beautiful views of the Gulf. White soft sandy beach a few steps away. Restaurants, Bars, Boutiques, Coffee and Ice Cream shop all within walking distance. If you want to experience the real Old Florida feel this is the place for you. Great view of water. Especially beautiful sunsets! Top floor end unit for privacy. Pinellas trail across the street to ride your bike or hike, a beautiful 38 mile trail. Plenty of restaurants nearby and grocery stores. Only 8 min drive to beach. 15 min from downtown St. Pete. Enjoy pool and hot tub overlooking the intercoastal or stay indoors and enjoy puzzles and games.
