Cristina's house rented for 5 adults and a baby. Very clean house, quality bedding, I didn't miss anything. Cristina had everything planned to accommodate an 11-month-old baby. House very close to the river St Maurice, quiet, beautiful view. I recommend it, as described and photo.

We loved spending Christmas here. What a nice surprise to find a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. We left a fun ornament to add to the tree. A little touch of Sanibel Island Florida.

Beautiful spot, convenient with everything you need!

First time traveling outside the U.S. and am very happy we chose to celebrate our 2 year anniversary at Melanie’s! Very quiet (the “busy” road other reviewers complained about was NOT an issue whatsoever). We slept very well on the comfy bed, fast internet, and had everything we needed. The bathtub/shower was amazing with great water temperature and pressure. I easily made coffee with the keurig and just made sure to pick up cream. You can hear the river and it was very relaxing. The smart TV has Netflix and other streaming services. Definitely worth the money. Close to Quebec city, a grocery store, hiking spots, pharmacies, and restaurants. Can’t wait to study French and come back to Quebec soon! :)

Hello! We loved the cottage , clean and very beautiful , the only drawback was the sun coming into the dining room lounge, but I think if there were solar canvas to block a little the sun would be much less hot , and it would be more comfortable! But other than that , everything was perfect! We had two beautiful days! I plan to talk to friends so we can go back together in October or November!

We had a great time at Sophie's place! Great for 2 people, in a very quiet place, by the river, minutes from Shawinigan, we were able to rest and enjoy the beautiful Mauricie Park (about 30 minutes by car from the Saint Jean des Piles entrance).

What a wonderful apartment with a wonderful host! The apartment was so comfortable and spacious for our multi-generation family vacation. Little touches (like eggs, milk and bread waiting for us in the fridge; shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all the showers; and slippers and robes in all the bedrooms) were added bonuses and showed real care. Marjorie was an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host. She arranged for the apartment to be cleaned the night before our arrival so we could go there straight from the airport in the morning and check in and even let us stay later (checking out at 2:45 pm) when our return flight was delayed.

My friends and I had an incredible stay at Spamania. Staying here each year in March has become a treasured tradition. The hot tub and saunas are just divine and contribute to the relaxing environment.

We fully enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful and great value. The hot tub was wonderful. The location is excellent as long as you have a car and especially if you’re interested in going to Mont Ste Anne or Le Massif to ski. Beautiful river view. Worked very well for us and our two teens.

Superb cottage very well furnished, friendly and quiet. The exterior is sublime and it is simple and pleasant to enjoy at all hours. The kitchen is very well equipped and functional for the number of people. My group and I definitely recommend Chalet-ô ❤️

France and Carl were so lovely and kind. Carl was a great host and France was so knowledgable about the area. They greeted us with drinks and snacks, and upon our check out, they offered us coffee for the road. If you are visiting Quebec, come stay here! 💗

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paradis! We felt at home here in this welcoming cottage with the wonderful view. Minette is a sweet loving little girl- she stole our hearts from the get-go. We hiked many trails in Jacques Cartiers National Park, we walked the ancient forest trail at Mont Wright Park, kayaked in Marais de Nord, and spent 2 days at home puttering, cooking, and admiring the view of the river. It was a lovely space to wait out the snow storm. Beautiful cottage and area.

Very well organized and equipped mini house! The toys and equipment for children were particularly appreciated. And what about the view, which amazed us every morning and night! Thank you very much for a very pleasant stay!

We stayed there as a family one weekend. As soon as we arrived, we felt right at home! The place is really welcoming, very clean and functional. I recommend it without hesitating. We'll go back.

A great family weekend (4 generations). Even in the winter, the landscape (the river) and the village are beautiful. The house is warm and spacious. We enjoyed gathering around the outdoor fire and spa. Thank you so much to our hosts:-)

The chalet is just perfect. The view is beautiful, the fireplace in the common square adds to the atmosphere and the mezzanine was more than appreciated by the children for their many games! The cottage is superbly organized to accommodate the total number of guests; many closed rooms, large spaces and huge dining table. I would highly recommend it.

Sublime location for a lot of tranquility, amazing view of the lake. We even had the chance to observe deer very ready due to the surrounding calm. Great!
