A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Ideally located in the city center of Groningen, Especially for couples or 2 friends who love to enjoy the wellness facilities and some fun on the water. For that purpose there are two SUP boards. The wellness boat has a big luxurious bath an infrared sauna for two persons and a duo infrared rainshower (infrared). The bathroom has a hairdryer, towels.

A visit to the historic Scheepsvaart museum across the street from the house, should not be missed. The apartment has, among other things, a spacious living room with a beautiful dining room. You have a choice of beds, a comfortable queen size bed, single bed, loft bed and a sofa bed. The city center is close by, just like the museum and central train station. Don't hesitate to ask if you require a child's bed, or if you want to bring your dog; nearly everything is possible!
