Bei Bedarf kann ein weiteres 90cm Bett aufgebaut werden. Das Bad lädt mit einer Wanne zur Entspannung ein. Mit dem Bus erreicht man in 12 min das Rathaus in Ulm. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 1 min entfernt und der Bus fährt alle 5-15min. Ein perfekter Ort, um nicht direkt im Trubel der Großstadt zu wohnen, dennoch schnell im Zentrum zu sein.

Our beautiful and homely apartment is well served by public transport, 10 - 15 minutes walking distance to the city center, to shops, to art and culture or to the nature (parks/river). The apartment is bright and looks very airy due to the high visible roof structure. There is a comfortable bed, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is suitable for couples, small groups / families and business travelers.

The cottage was completely newly renovated 2 years ago and is located in idyllic Schnürpflingen. Very private with separate entrance. A small terrace is located behind the cottage. There is a small swimming lake nearby and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. The closest supermarket is 3 km away.
