There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

We invite you to a comfortable, new house located in the picturesque Staniszów, at the foot of the Karkonosze Mountains. Our house consists of two independent apartments ("Śnieżka" and "Szrenica"), which can be rented together or separately - it is an ideal place for a family holiday, a getaway with friends and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is located among forests, hiking trails and walking paths, and there are numerous attractions of the Karkonosze Mountains in the area.

The apartment is located in a very quiet, residential district of Jelenia Góra. The view from the windows is a garden and a mountain range. It is equipped with remote-controlled anti-burglary blinds. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, pots and all necessary tableware. Bathroom: large bathtub and washing machine. Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
