It's the best of both worlds w/ plenty of nature (burbling creek, rock paths, trees, birds, mountain air, stars) + close to civilization (the property is near restaurants/shops). Native rock fireplace, hot tub, eclectic art, record collection/player, games, books, TV, Wifi, BBQ, fire pit hang deck. We have a chicken coop, happy to leave eggs at the cabin upon request. We are a 10 minute drive from the West entrance of Joshua Tree National park and a 5 minute drive to the downtown shops, cafes and galleries. Desert Wild is a place to unwind, relax and enjoy the slow pace of the desert. We invite you to cool off in our pool after hiking, soak in our bath and enjoy the cactus garden, or star gaze from our hot tub at night.

The sunset patio is fenced for hot tub privacy (birthday suit level) and your dog. The cabin is set in a very sought-after location. It is close but far enough away for peace, privacy, and dark, starry nights. The village is only 8-10 minutes away, and Joshua Tree National Park's west gate entrance is only 15 minutes from the cabin.
