The Yellow Palm was a wonderful vacation home for our family vacation. We had 6 adults and the space was more than enough. The 4 bedrooms with their own baths were wonderful and the extra powder/pool bath was a bonus. The views as well as the close proximity to downtown were also great! Check in and out is a little inconvenient as they require you to go to their office before and after. All in all, beautiful home to spend the week in!

What a magical experience! WOW is all my guests had to say... it lives up to the pictures and descriptions. We had 15 total guests and everyone raved about the beds, linens, etc. We were able to walk to Indian Wells for the BNP Paribas tennis tournmanet so the location was perfect! We tried very hard to use all of the amenities, there are so many. we enjoyed the putting green, corn hole, pickleball court, the pool/hot tub - primary gatheing spot was the hot tub. And the grapefruits were a huge hit! No one wanted to leave. Thank you!

This property is top notch. Our group was so comfortable in our own little oasis. Its was the perfect place to unwind, cook, drink wine, hang by the pool and enjoy with friends. We recommend it to anyone looking to stay.

This is the second time our women's group has had our semi-annual retreat at this beautiful location. The grounds are lovely with several paths for peaceful hikes. Our sessions were in the yoga studio which has a lovely salt wall to clear energy. The rooms were spacious, clean and nicely decorated. All three kitchens were well equipped. There is plenty of seating to enjoy dining, conversing and meditating outside. The spa and pool are beautiful. Our host, Monica, was very responsive to our questions and quite prompt in turning on the spa when we were ready to use it. The beauty and the serenity of this property provided a wonderful foundation for our feminine circle.

It is an absolutely beautiful property and a fabulous location. The only slight negative was that the two bedrooms in the casita share a small bathroom and the bedrooms lack privacy as they are separated by a heavy velvet curtain. Everything else is just great and the 31/2 acres are simply beautiful and very naturally landscaped.

What an amazing place to stay! This house was just as pictured, and had everything we needed. It was conveniently located to the adorable town of La Quinta, plus a quick drive to Joshua Tree and Palm Springs, but we could have spent all of our time just enjoying this comfortable, fun getaway. Our kids swam, played basketball, played pool, and made s'mores with the fixings left by Carrie, who even arranged for a masseuse to come to the house to give my husband and I massages. It was a perfect vacation and we would love to visit again!

We had the most incredible stay at this Airbnb in Palm Springs! Nick and Mike were beyond amazing, ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their attention to detail made us feel truly welcome. The home itself was absolutely spectacular. From the stunning architecture and beautiful art to the phenomenal views, it exceeded all expectations. The location was perfect as well—just a short drive to great restaurants and shops, yet still peaceful and serene. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our special occasion. Highly recommend this gem!

AMAZING experience. We booked super last minute due to a cancellation at another house. Jen was so accommodating to expedite the booking and get her team in for cleaning so that we could check in. Everyone bent over backward for us. The house exceeded expectations we felt so lucky to have landed there. Beautiful yard, spacious house. Perfect for two families. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen. Cannot say enough positive about the house, Jen and the team. Will return!
