Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Great location with easy access to Tucson’s entertainment district.

2017 guest house in Tucson Mountain foothills adjacent to Sweetwater Preserve (14+ mi.s of trails: mountain biking, horseback, running, & hiking)! Located in the historic Big Bear neighborhood Sugarloaf, this cabin is perfect for a romantic getaway, trip with your small family, or solo retreat. Just minutes from the lake, slopes, and village, with easy access by bus. We'd be happy to host you!

Mesquite Retreat
The property sits a short distance from the town of Pima and is around a 17-minute drive from Safford/Thatcher. Rustic bohemian-style cabin featuring exposed rock and wood walls, concrete floors, and a carefully curated mix of new and antique decor and furniture. The cabin is surrounded by mesquite bosque and desert scenery and provides a private setting for relaxation and solitude. We are a non-smoking, no-pet property. There’s a $250 USD fee for those who smoke or arrive with pets.

Mountain ranges on there sides, make for some specacular views. Nights are relatively cool, days are warm. Hiking, exploring backroads, ATV riding, mountain trips are all close by. Direct access to walking quiet desert walking areas. Interesting ancient archeological areas very close.
