Excellent location. And Cynthia was very courteous and available. Her place was well decorated and very comfortable. I highly recommend this location for people who want to relax and have everything they need within walking distance.

My first time staying on Avenida I met my fiancé. We decided to return for our anniversary and it was nothing short of amazing. Although my first trip I stayed somewhere else, This location was definitely my pace and met all my expectations. It was peaceful, clean, easy to access like many of the Airbnbs on this Avenida.

New and clean place to stay. Some things were not working when we got there but Nabil was very responsive and helped us when needed. Great host and place. Would stay there again!

Excellent place and host

I had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She allowed me a late checkout without hesitation, which I really appreciated. The property was spotless, and the AC worked perfectly. The pool is beautiful and perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location is great, just a short walk to the strip mall and Coco Bongo. There are even some adorable stray dogs around (bring them snacks—they’ll love you!). A hidden gem next door is the Caribbean Lake Park, where you can try water sports. This area is still developing, but it's already in an ideal spot—about minutes from both the ocean and the airport. What truly made this stay exceptional, though, was the host. She was beyond amazing and made the experience so much better. Highly recommend!

This place was perfect for our week vacation in CapCana. Located in a gated and secured neighbourhood a short drive to the beach, marina and any shopping you may want to do. The common area amazing pool and whirlpool and lounge area is beautiful and impeccably well kept. Apartment is modern, well furnished with quality elements and furniture. We will definitely be back. Fantino was a great host very attentive and quick to respond.

This is a gorgeous and well kept apartment and the complex overall is a gem. The private beach is magnificent. I felt safe, unbothered and relaxed. The host was super responsive and accommodating. The apt is just like the pictures, hygienic and has a good location. The hosts are very friendly, attentive and quick to respond. I loved it !!!

We checked in at night so it was difficult to find our building by name. It took us 30 mins to find our room. I recommend offering a map of the buildings to give better direction. That was our ONLY struggle. We absolutely enjoyed the place and will likely stay again next time we visit DR. The condo is very roomy and included all necessities needed for our week long stay. We opted for this condo near the all inclusive resort because we had the option to upgrade for $50 a day per person for the all -inclusive food and drink add-on. This felt absolutely worth it, and we took advantage of this for several days. Go to their front desk for this option and you'll get a daily bracelet. The beach was ABSOLUTELY amazing. The service was phenomenal! I recommend taking plenty of singles for tips. The ATM has a hefty fee plus our credit card company added another large fee. If you're staying at Golf Condo like we did, you'll want to have tip for cart drivers, unless you walk each time.

Really nice house, easy to check in and out. Safety environment, house was clean. only thing i needed instructions with was how the warm water works, but that was solved. I felt at home. I would definitely recommend to stay here if you want to enjoy Punta Cana but also go about your own way and explore. House was close to Downtown and the main streat Av.Barcelo where there is a lot you can find as shopping malls. The road to the residence is a little bumpy but it's in development . overall great stay !

We loved the stay. From early we were sent clear instructions to get to the house and there was no confusion. Checking in was extremely easy. Everything in the house looked clean and new. We liked that the patio was closed, which was a great help to the puppies. Miguel was very helpful and responded to all our concerns immediately. It is very well located, close to the most famous restaurants and beaches. The enclosure has a very nice and safe artificial beach, and the restaurants and bar were also 10/10. We would come back and recommend it 100%!

Vista Cana is a beautiful place i would highly recommend anyone wanting privacy, the most empeciable security so your safe while you are in the community.. its a very lovely place to stay.. the home was just as described on website extremely well kept and when i visit the D.R. again which will be in a few months ill be staying at the same residence.. the host was amazing despite not being able to speak spanish the people are so friendly they make you feel welcome..So thanks to our host for allowing us to use your lovely home and we definitely will be back
