Vacation rentals with lake access in Stanza Mare Pool

Lucia was a tremendous host and was always available to answer any questions and give us help with anything. The place was immaculate and well appointed. We only had difficulty finding the location the first day but we found a driver who knew the area and after that it was a breeze.

Felix Place exceeded expectations for our trip stay . A great place to stay with family . Enjoy his property natural garden , pool and his beautiful home in general . Private gated property with security and quite and close to shops , malls and restaurants Very clean home and very responsive host . I highly recommend his place and would stay here again definitely.

House is beautiful and exactly as pictured. Host was great and extremely responsive. Important to note that house is in marina area which is tranquil and quiet. A bit of a distance to restaurants as not a lot happening in marina area. Beach club restaurant and pizza were nice. Would definitely rent again if looking for a peaceful and quiet vacation. No grocery within Cap Cana but host made it extremely easy to have groceries delivered prior to arrival. Overall a fun stay and a beautiful home.

We thought the villa was excellent. Very good location, close to everything, everything is very organized, clean, comfortable and well equipped. We felt super great with the place, it's definitely a place to come back. Frank was the best host, very kind, always attentive, when we arrived it was always with good communication and every day he would write to see if something was needed; definitely a super caring person for everything. We were very comfortable and delighted with their treatment!

We had a great stay with our family! A lovely space in a bustling up-and-coming resort! Vista cana is a real recommendation and a resort that faces a vibrant future. The host is great and always there for us! Once arrived, there was a choice of excursions we could do. We went to Saona Island for a day with the family. What a great experience! Everything was well arranged, we were picked up in front of the door and neatly dropped off here again. My girlfriend is pregnant and everyone has treated her with so much respect. I have a very happy vacation in Vista cana!

The apartment was clean, well located and just as described in the listing. Very comfortable and with everything you need for a good stay. The host was friendly and responded quickly. Recommended.

Stephani was an amazing host. She came through for my husband and I exactly when we needed her the most. The apartment was very nice and clean and the pots, pans and dishes were plentiful. I love the artificial beach. It added to the beauty of the area. The pool could have been a little warmer but it didn’t keep us from getting in. Stephani is very responsive and took care of any issues (just one) that we had. Will be returning again.

The apartment is clean and cozy and has a beautiful view from the terrace. I really enjoyed staying here. The residence is beautiful. There is plenty of greenery, and everything is well-maintained. The security at the entrance is reliable and makes you feel safe. It’s definitely a great place. I recommend taking a morning walk to enjoy the sounds of local birds. If you value nature and safety, I definitely recommend it. Big thanks to Nadia for being such a welcoming host!
