This stunning hi tech newly refurbished Victorian apartment has high ceilings, large windows and french doors that lead to an impressive rooftop terrace and hot tub that are exclusive to the apartment. There's a built in cinema surround sound. Top of the range electric fire, Filtered and boiling water tap, ice machine and too many features to list here. The rooftop terrace has lots of seating and is a great suntrap. There's a large hydro jet hot tub and is the perfect place to relax and unwind

We are an easy walk to the Bristol and Bath science park and close to transport links to the centre of Bristol. The property is fully equipped with its own parking spaces, a private courtyard, double bedroom with en suite bathroom and bath, and a good size kitchen/living space. We offer unlimited free wifi and TV incl Amazon Prime.

Peaceful trio of rooms with garden view & parking

Trio of rooms which are part of our home, yet separate, where guests can relax and feel at home. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes’ walk away, but guests can prepare light meals at home if they prefer. We are a five minute drive from the M32 which in turn links up with the M4 and M5 motorways. There is parking on the property. Bristol Parkway station is a 10 minute drive away and we are served by buses to Bath, Parkway Station, and to the city centre.
