I can't even describe how amazing our stay was! We went to celebrate the company's end of the year! We arrived, there was a beautiful basket to welcome us. With the host's recommendation, we hired a girl to cook for us! We arrived and everything was ready. The house was impeccably clean and organized. It's literally on the beach street. It didn't take us 5 minutes to get to the waterfront. Very cozy and pleasant house. At all times, the host responded to messages and answered questions. She recommended, in addition to the cook, some tours that were amazing. We can only thank you! Our employees loved it too! The only negative point was that the pool man didn't come to clean the pool on Saturday/Sunday, but we managed to use it anyway. Otherwise, everything was a 10! We will definitely be back and recommend it without a doubt. It's 2h/2:30 from the airport, but we took transfers that she recommended and it was amazing. I leave my admiration here.

The houses are just wonderful! We recommend and will definitely come back :) We found everything in the house very well thought out: the super large and welcoming environments. Extreme good taste in decor (elaborated with local crafts), the beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms very clean and super manicured. The kitchen is semi-shared with the TV room, making a sure mix of comfort and practicality. The outdoor area features a beautiful garden project, full of tropical foliage and a green lawn that is next to the pool (which by the way is a great size for guests from the 2 houses). Marta welcomed us in the most affectionate and considerate way possible. He brought us a welcome muffin, sent us restaurant tips and always responded to our msgs, quickly and very friendly :) Place is “Pet Friendly”! Chico, (our dog) was very well received.

Heloísa was very solicitous and helped us in everything. We took a tour with your husband as well and we liked it a lot.

I was with my family for a weekend. 5 people. We settled in well. Bruno was always attentive from booking to check-out. Clean, organized kitchen with various utensils and appliances that made our stay easier. Great internet. Comfortable beds. Clean bed and bath linens. Very quiet street and neighborhood. Great value for money. I recommend it.

We have been in the house for 2 weeks and we love being staying there super quiet and very cozy. The house has everything you need from bath towels to all the kitchen utensils… a wonderful pool that my son would wake up at 6 to get into the pool… Kaka the boy who takes care of the house extremely attentive and dedicated to this house as if it was his! every moment we need the help he always answered and was in the house in less than an hour! In the end we love being in this house and we will definitely visit more often! Thank you dona Cristina and the Kaká people very dear and humble.

the environment was clean and as advertised. we like the stay. it's approximately 30 to 40 min to reach the beaches, catches a lot of traffic at certain times. but it's worth the stay. thank you

José Sandro was an excellent host, showed flexibility with check-in and check-out, the entrance street completely separates from the house. The house with gourmet space and bathroom next to the pool, with fridge, stove and barbecue. Inside, there is only one bathroom inside the only room, but the room is an excellent size and can accommodate a family or group of friends.Besides the house is completely air-conditioned. I highly recommend it and for sure, if I'm in Marechal Deodoro I'll stay with Sandro again.Very kind person!!!

The house is better than in the photos. Excellent, attentive, kind hosts. All the utensils and rooms in the house were impeccable, super comfortable beds, silent air-conditioning, always clean pool, dish towels, impeccable bed linens, rooms with total black-out and the pampering of the chairs, umbrella, frescobol and cooler to take to the beach are great. The nearby beach is clean, with transparent and warm waters, and with delicious regional cuisine (a point for the Grande Lau Restaurant). Near the house you will find everything: markets, beverage distributors, charcoal, barbecue meats, bakery, pharmacy... anyway! For those looking for comfortable accommodation, attentive hosts and convenience, on an almost paradisiacal beach, it's here, for sure! I hope to come back every year and stay longer. It was a perfect stay, the house accommodated our family very well. All rooms have plenty of comfort and privacy. Pool is wonderful. The condominium is very safe, and the gym is well equipped. Since her first contact with Katianne, she has always been very recptive with us. It was undoubtedly an unforgettable trip, we will return.

Casa Aruanda is very beautiful, super cozy, when we arrived everything was clean and with a wonderful smell, from a well-kept house and with an energy of tranquility and harmony. The pool is delicious, the distance to the beach is very quiet, you can walk and we do not spend 5 minutes. We spent the Easter holiday and surprised me that it was not agitated, the neighborhood was quiet, the beach was not bustling, it was great! The house is beautiful, it has absolutely everything we need, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms and cozy atmosphere. House is exactly as described in the photos, all very clean and cozy. We were in 10 people and the house behaved all perfectly and comfortably. The place is extremely pleasant and the house is very close to the beach, which is wonderful and very quiet. The owner gave us all the information about the site, making several valuable indications. The breakfast served in the common area is very tasty, with lots of fruits, breads and cake. The site's team is very attentive and the manager (tb Andreia) was very kind and helped us immensely, making no effort to help with anything. I highly recommend the property!
