Absolutely best house in the area. Sits up on a hill with an infinity pool that overlooks Greg ocean and amazing sunsets. Expansive house that had more space than we needed. We hired a buggy to get us around but there is a lot that is very walkable directly from the house including several beaches, shops and restaurants. We had a fabulous time staying here, always felt safe and relaxed… loved Buzios. Great memories formed forever for our teenagers. One of them even said it was the best vacation ever. Super hosts, super house. Thank you

The stay was excellent!!! The house is wonderful...perfect for spending time with friends and family!!! 10/10!!!! Common areas are perfect!!! And the employees s"extremely requested!! Very good and comfortable house! Well clean, we were able to hire a live song for the afternoon! The only exception is that we were unable to use the freezer because it was not freezing. The beds are comfy and the space of the house well suited. I recommend the accommodation!

Our stay was excellent. The Leonardo who answered us is very good people, he was always available to help. We hired Fátima and Tati to help us with the food, we recommend it. They are great, attentive and the food was very tasty. The house is beautiful, on the side of the beach, and exactly as in the pictures. We went in 14 people, everyone was comfortable. We took a 5-month baby and they provided us with a crib and bathtub. It also had a feeding chair, which was used by my 2-year-old daughter. Everything is very well thought out to accommodate the guests. we hope to be able to return soon!!

We loved this beautiful house and its surroundings. Such a peaceful location! The house is very big and comfortable, the pool was great, the barbecue area was extremely nice, the rooms are very comfortable. We loved everything! We also really liked the host and how responsive, helpful and proactive she was. She really made sure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay there. She also recommended us a great cook/cleaner lady that made our stay even more relaxing and wonderful. We highly recommend this house and Mariaclara as your host for your next stay in Buzios.

We spent the Easter holiday at Fernanda's house and it was an excellent experience. The house is spacious, cozy, very comfortable and perfect for large groups. Fernanda was an amazing host, always attentive and available. A Sibele, which helped us with breakfast and the organization of the house, was impeccable: super respectful, careful and helpful. We all leave delighted with the stay. We'll be back for sure! The only place that is best would be the Wi-fi that didn't suit us well. But how it was a holiday... It went very unnoticed.

Great house, exactly matches your listing photos. My family was extremely comfortable and satisfied! Well-equipped kitchen and barbecue area with many utensils, we do not pass any food needs. Large and welcoming outdoor space. The positive point is that each room has its bathroom and still has 2 more! Fernanda was very attentive too!

The view with all the trees makes it feel like a mini jungle—so green, peaceful, and secure. The security guards at the entrance were very attentive. The house has a pool table, and we had so much fun in the game room. The pool had the perfect water temperature. The house includes everything we needed—I truly felt at home. The house is exactly as shown in the photo, in fact, even better than shown in the photos. Ivana was always very polite, treating us with the greatest affection, whenever we needed her she was there as quickly as possible. The house is in a very quiet location. The accommodations are good. My family felt at home. Some suggestions: For air conditioning in the rooms, the upstairs rooms are very hot, and there was only 1 fan in the room for 6 people, this ended up making it difficult for us to sleep. I believe that in the summer it must be very complicated. Leave disinfectant and bleach in the bathrooms in case guests want to clean up. Otherwise, I would definitely stay in the house again.

Without a doubt was the best listing I've ever stayed on airbnb. We were in a class of 20 people, everyone loved it. Great rooms, all in good condition (unlike many places to rent with moldy room and burnt shower out there). The Fabiana site has a full kitchen, very well equipped, beachtenis court, soccer field, games area, great swimming pool. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, space designed to welcome people. Location with privacy, security and beautiful landscape. Fabiana is a host of striking kindness, very attentive and helpful. Great signs of cleaning and chopp. The price is very honest, fair and matches the structure. Has no better option near BH. thanks a lot, Fabiana!
