Ski-in/out vacation rentals in State of Minas Gerais

Mr. Sérgio is a great host! He did not receive us personally but for the little we talked about in a message I consider him this way! I stayed with my family (wife and 2 small children) we were very impressed with the house! There's so much more than the pictures! It has 2 HUGE TVS (1 in each room), 1 SUITE, in the other room, 2 BEDS and even another bathroom with JACUZZI and whirlpool! 1 space with automatic gate! The neighborhood is very quiet, it has places to eat nearby and all over the city, there are supermarkets nearby! The street of the house and the whole city is very well lit up that gives the feeling that we are at dawn! 11 pm we spent on a playground nearby that still had children playing!!! We stayed 2 weeks, we loved our stay! SUPER WE RECOMMEND🙌🙌🙌

Our stay was perfect! What a wonderful corner! We were in a group of 7 people and we were wonderfully accommodated in the house! The access to the dam was a show apart, this being particularly the most important part for me. Crystal clear waters that have provided us with a lot of dives! The house is beautiful, very equipped and with an impeccable structure! Thank you Melissa for being always available to answer my questions and make our New Year perfect!

I had a wonderful experience at the house in Búzios! The site is simply charming, with an incredible view and a super cosy atmosphere. The house is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The children loved the canal, where they spent time fishing, which was a diversion aside. We also take the opportunity to bathe on-site, relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of the atmosphere. The hosts were super attentive, always willing to help and ensure that I had everything I needed to make the most of my trip. We recommend and will be back soon.

The stay was wonderful, the house is very beautiful, it had everything we needed to spend the days, equipped kitchen, large and comfortable rooms and impeccable cleanliness, with an excellent barbecue area, and the hostess was very helpful in serving us. Next time I go to the lake region, I will give priority to Cátia's accommodations.

Very attentive Julia, answers everything we ask her, very high astral, for her note 1000. Her apartment is great, well-equipped with everything we need, the great air conditioning, they can go without fear. The club has a lot of recreation for children, pools for all tastes.

I spent two very nice days in the chalets , I caught some little fish on the lake I returned , it was worth it . Paulo is very good people, I plan to return soon!

Super indico , totally complete house, exceeded our expectations, cleanliness , utensils in general, even ice maker. super comfortable bedrooms, clean pool, game room, not to mention the housekeeper who gave us support from beginning to end . We went on an excursion and didn't have one who complained and everyone already wants to come back.

I had a problem with the air conditioning that stopped working , I contacted the owner promptly replied I asked a technician to go to the accommodation to check what happened, seeing that it would take time for the concert he bought a new one and made the installation , simply phenomenal.. perfect the days I spent in the lodging

The condominium is just as you can see in the photos, clean, a super quiet place, close to the best beaches of Cabo Frio, preferably by car. Mauricio was very attentive the whole time of our stay and complied with everything planned.

Gustavo's property is even more beautiful than on the photos. The view of the dam is eye-catching, especially in the morning, when sunlight leaves the water very clear, mixing in the horizon. The house is well planned, the intimate area separate from the social brings privacy and quiet to the rooms. The balconies greatly value the building. Staying in the kitchen/gourmet with the large windows and doors is delicious. If you want to enjoy the court, the property has a hammock, remember to bring a shuttlecock or ball. We were welcomed by Clovis, who introduced us to the house and all the amenities, and Gustavo was always ready to respond to us, give local tips, very available and attentive. The access to the house is easy, the dirt road is small, and the owner made a very useful video that leaves no doubt. We brought a puppy, and it was very quiet, the place is suitable for pets. We only have compliments, we highly recommend it!

Extremely quiet place, gated condominium with 24h gate, several leisure areas and the apartment is complete with the utensils. Luiz responds quickly and gave all instructions. I recommend and intend to return.

Excellent stay!!! The flat corresponds to the description and photos. Grand Condominium, safe, full of facilities and very close to the Esplanade for those who come for work or tour. The flat has all the necessary utensils and equipment. Contact with Lígia was always easy and with very quick responses. He gave all the detailed instructions for the checkin and several important tips about the condominium. My stay was over a month and I was quite satisfied!
