We liked it all, very good house, beautiful and quiet place, we went with the family and two small children who loved it, the sea and very quiet and about 50m from the beach. Market nearby. Thank you very much to Leandro and his family for their receptivity and attention!! We'll be back soon 😀

We would like to leave here our immense gratitude to you host, who in turn opened your home to welcome us, providing comfort and well being, we were a few meters from the sand, stunning view, beautiful house, it was a wonderful experience, we have no complaints, all rooms with the air conditioning working perfectly, the bathrooms and other super rooms met our needs, perfect barbecue, super spacious outdoor area and held very well the three cars of us, just compliments, wonderful moments that we lived in this stay in Itapoá. Obs: markets, bakers and pharmacies very close. Quiet Beach and Neighborhood, for us was excellent as we don't like mess, we enjoyed incredible days in this paradise ❤️🥹 Thank you, and I'll see you soon!

Great place right in front of the beach, which is not overcrowded like other places in Brazil. The house is great, with ample spaces and a beautiful hot tub. Fully recommended

Paraíso!!! This is the adjective to describe Alberto's house! A delightful retreat with a beautiful view and incredible vibe!! The house is simple but it has everything you need for a quiet stay…. Good beds, air-conditioned rooms, kitchen utensils, an excellent barbecue and plenty of space to fraternize with friends and family.. in short… I highly recommend it and I hope to come back many times!

Thayane responded quickly to information. Piso do Sobrado is anti-slip, good for those who have a child and an elderly person. The beach is very calm, clean. Tasty pools and jacuzzi. I recommend the accommodation.

Our experience with the accommodation was great, we had only one power setback. The atmosphere is spacious and comfortable, the view is amazing and the location privileged. On the “foot” of the sea. We really like it!

The house is wonderful I came back for the second time because I love this house. Full house, kitchen with everything we need, pool is the main star. Privacy. Hostão makes us very comfortable, super helpful. I'll definitely come back more often.

Excellent lodging. Cristina was very kind and resolute whenever we need it. Comfortable house, as per the announced photos. Everything clean and organized. Children's Pool with sunshine from 8 am to 2 pm. After this time it does not catch the sun, but nothing that gets in the way because the water is at a pleasant temperature. Clean beach, a 5-minute walk. I recommend it!👏

Marlene and Aguinaldo were wonderful hosts! Aguinaldo was flexible with timing upon our arrival and checkout. He greeted us with a smile when we finally arrived at the house and explained everything perfectly. The house was clean, comfortable, close to the beach and the main road. Everything worked well and all we needed was provided… even a deck of cards! Would highly recommend this house for a week or a month - great hosts, great location, and overall wonderful experience! Perfect house for family and friends, we went in 10 people. Large living space, comfortable and spacious suites, kitchen with a wide variety of appliances and utilities. Large and well-kept pool, perfect outdoor area. Near the center of shops and close to the bus station. Owner Luciana a sweetheart, very flexible to schedules according to availability. We intend to return again for the great experience we had.

Third time we host with Marcos and each time we create incredible memories in this beautiful space, all always organized, we are promptly served and he leaves us at will during entry and exit, wonderful space with everything we need for a quiet stay, has become a tradition of our group to stay in this place, we will be back for sure!!

We stayed in the house for a week and had a great time! Christiane and Simone excel as a host. Both always responded quickly, no matter the schedule (as we arrived quite in the evening). The house exactly as seen in the photos, all equipped and organized. The area is extremely quiet, but with access to downtown in minutes. We really recommend it again and again, it is very nice place, cozy and gave us what we needed, rest of everything. Thank you for everything to both, it was our first experience traveling with 2 small children in Brazil, and we were amazed. We will be back soon!

Cozy, airy house, near the Prainha (the most beautiful in San Francisco). good space for the family, wide front area. I loved the place. Very polite and helpful host.

The place is well located. Closest to the enchanted cave and nearest to the best bathing beach in my opinion, the offshore beach. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the house was well organized. The hostess lives at the bottom of the house at a separate house but still the house has a lot of privacy. We only hear nature and the sea. The house has a smart tv and air conditioning in the rooms. The only thing I missed is an electric sandwich maker for roasting pao, otherwise I found the kitchen quite complete as well.
