great house even without air conditioning it is very cool, this situation did not bother me. the beaches are not very busy but they are clean, a good strip of sand, the house itself corresponds to expectations, I recommend it to everyone.

We would like to leave here our immense gratitude to you host, who in turn opened your home to welcome us, providing comfort and well being, we were a few meters from the sand, stunning view, beautiful house, it was a wonderful experience, we have no complaints, all rooms with the air conditioning working perfectly, the bathrooms and other super rooms met our needs, perfect barbecue, super spacious outdoor area and held very well the three cars of us, just compliments, wonderful moments that we lived in this stay in Itapoá. Obs: markets, bakers and pharmacies very close. Quiet Beach and Neighborhood, for us was excellent as we don't like mess, we enjoyed incredible days in this paradise ❤️🥹 Thank you, and I'll see you soon!

Thiago was a great host, facilitated our check-in and checkout, responded to everything very quickly. The house has the best location. Sleeping to the sound of the sea is wonderful.

Huge gratitude for this place, extremely clean, organized. A lot of peace, security, lots of things to do, amazing view of the beach, lots of convenience, no doubt will be our destination many times still, thank Hosts for all attention and sympathy! Note: there was even a mime on the arrival we loved... thank you for everything!

The house is huge and super functional. Very, very comfortable and with quality touches. The rooms are very spacious and all have air conditioning. ALL the utensils were there, NOTHING was missing. I would say that there was more than enough, you could cook whatever you wanted..!!! On the days we were there it was very hot and humid, an air conditioner in the living-dining room would have been appreciated. We managed with fans anyway. A car repair would also have been useful, although this is common to the entire complex. Note that these last two paragraphs are suggestions and in no way tarnish the final score, which is 10/10. Very satisfied!!

Triplex with exceptional view, deck to the sea, 4 suites that guarantee individuality in addition to all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay. The property needs a little affection, as it has metal parts corroded by rust and sea. Furniture with woods damaged by humidity, there is a lack of finishes of the lamps, etc... but some burnt lamps. As it is facing the sea, the constant breeze and ceiling fans meet well and compensate for the lack of air conditioning. It also has private access to the sea and swimming pool that guarantee pleasant days of rest. ahh We were received by Tânia and her husband (caregivers of the environment) extremely gentle and with prompt assistance to solve any questions or complications. I will return in due course.

Eliana always responded very quickly to messages both before and during the stay very quickly. The house is seaside the beach in front is very good, the big house has a huge plot of land, and all the accommodations are comfortable and complete with bedding and fans. It has a large space for dining and the kitchen is well equipped. The ventilation of the house is great and very safe as well.

Great accommodation for large groups, very close to the beach. Comfortable rooms with air-conditioning. The pool area and barbecue were a success. I recommend it!

Very nice place,super private,house with privileged view,we love to spend some family nights, sarita a great attentive and polite host. We enjoy every space in the house ,we saw the sunrise ,the moonlight at night And a detail the house was clean and smelling we will return with family for sure ,super indico !

Glauco and Nice were extremely friendly, helped us with everything we need and went beyond, allowing for an extended stay. The house is very spacious and has everything that is necessary and useful for a stay with 10 people and 1 baby. The stay in Mark's space was exactly what we expected. He was very attentive throughout our entire experience, always available to answer questions and help with whatever was necessary. The place is comfortable, well organized and perfectly suited our needs. I recommend it!

Our stay was perfect. We chose Leandro's house in order to rest. The house is far from the center, around 10km. Praia calm. We were lucky with the weather, as it did not rain any day. There's a little store next door that has everything to buy. Leandro lives next to the house and any need is to resort to him, who has always attended us willingly. From house to sea are only 50 meters. You can see the sea from the gate. You have to bring bed linens and dishcloth. We take our Pet. It has a huge backyard for him. We use the barbecue a lot. It has air conditioning in both bedrooms. City Hall has no air-conditioning in the living room, but you don't need it, as the place is cool. Only one microwave was missing, to make it easier to heat food faster. Great value.

We had a wonderful experience in this apartment! Everything was pristinely clean and very well organized since our arrival. The swimming pool is beautiful and super well taken care of, perfect for relaxing looking at the sea view. Bed linen and towels provided were of excellent quality, soft and smelling, which made all the difference in our stay. In addition, the apartment is very well equipped, beautiful rooms with comfortable beds, with all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare our meals in comfort. My family and I love and we will definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay!

Excellent option for those seeking tranquility and great structure for the family. The apartment is very equipped, it makes us feel at home. It has a good barbecue with equipment. The pools are well maintained. The beach is quiet, without crowds, loud music, family atmosphere, with lifeguards on duty during high season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was a lot of fun, every day was sunny, we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend it for those looking for tranquility, enjoying a beach and pool with the family. The condominium has shops in front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.
