hello. Elara was very kind from the beginning and offered everything we needed for a great stay. If you are looking to be close to the center and do everything walking (beaches, restaurant, shops), the location is ideal. Very nice view from balcony view All of 10!

The more than perfect flat, I searched for a quiet , clean , amazing view because I went to undergo a post-operative and answered me super well . For those who go the tour even better, perfect location, room service, chekout without bureaucracy , Inês and Geraldo very wonderful and helpful , every detail of the flat thought out with great affection . I'll go back more often 👏🏻

Very nice place, with great location. The staff always very polite, attentive, one of the best places I've ever stood. I would only suggest in the future the exchange of the bunk mattresses that are not very good. Otherwise, everything's great. The township was well worth the trip, and I intend to return again in the near future.

Charming Triplex Villa - Centro da Pipa

The chalet is charming and very well located, easy to walk within Pipa, who knows the need, there are two suites, as we were two couples turned great, the space of the upper floor is very nice, sorry that the nets are small for the distance of the hooks, the pool is right next to the chalet and nothing more delicious than to come back from the beach for a shower and fall into the pool for a relax. The lower space of the chalet is large and very airy, and a good network fits the entrance for a rest. The parking lot is rotating and outside/next to the condominium, we take a vacancy and forget the car, Pipa is not good riding in a car, becomes stress. I recommend the space for up to 4 adults with great comfort and location.

The house is wonderful, much more beautiful than the pictures show. The three private ground-floor en-suites in an intimate area, airy rooms with high ceilings, spacious bathrooms. The TV room, combined with the airy dining room, the sofas are right in the breeze coming from the sea, very pleasant. The living spaces are beautiful and pleasant. The pool area is a distinguishing feature of the house. A spacious table in the barbecue and pizza oven environment, which is combined with the pool. Excellent! The location is very good, right on the sand. The sea is wonderful, depending on the day and time the sea becomes a swimming pool, very good for children, adults and the elderly, who could enjoy the sea, which was wonderful. The highlight, what most differentiates and enhances the stay are the caretakers Haroldo and Josi, who made a hotel breakfast, left the house impeccable, helpful, polite, friendly. We stayed in the privacy of a home, with the comfort and convenience of a resort.

The stay was extremely positive, exceeding expectations in several respects. The accommodation presented excellent structure, with large, well sanitized and air-conditioned rooms, offering the necessary comfort for rest. The kitchen and coexistence areas were organized, functional and well-equipped, favoring well-being throughout the stay. The location was also strategic, providing easy access to the city's main points. In a special way, the service provided by the hosting owner, Alexandre, who proved to be attentive, helpful and always available to promptly meet the demands presented. Its welcoming and professional stance directly contributed to the success of the stay, ensuring safety, convenience and an environment of trust for all. Before this wonderful experience, I recommend the property. The quality of the accommodation and the commitment of the owner were differentials that enriched our trip.

the house is just fantastic. The tallest bedroom is all integrated with the house with no door, because, through a snail staircase, it connects with living room and kitchen. Tambem integrates with nature with a window to the rising sun. Climbing another flight of vertical sailor-style stairs, we arrive at the terrace that has this sea view, a 360o panoramic view and a unique sunset. All 5 bedrooms have special design with a shower integrated into the room without doors. And best of all is Déda, which received us, made the best tapioca in the region and ensured a great accommodation with the house always very well cared for and impeccable

It's a great place, but it's pricy. It has a great location, mini markets nearby, a beachfront, and amazing staff. They don’t have room service, but they have water, soft drinks, and beer to sell. 24/7 doorman service is included. The only downside is that the side doors don't open, and the balcony gets very hot during summer.
