The apartment is very well located and the condominium is a real resort. All tasteful, clean and furnished with new equipment and furniture. Excellent quality, not to mention the service that was always requested and describing everything that was needed.

We had a great stay at Felipe's place. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and well-equipped. The balcony is a great place for a relaxing beer in the hammock at the end of the day! The pool is really nice too. The location within Pipa is perfect, being just a couple of minutes walk from the restaurants and bars of the main street, plus, of course, the beaches. Felipe was very helpful, always responsive, and kindly allowed us a late check-out. Next time we are in Pipa I'm sure we'll stay again!

I and my family are very grateful for the days of much joy, comfort and tranquility. We had a spectacular view in all rooms and balcony. We take advantage of the facilities of the condominium and the ease of going to the sea. Too much Indico and we will definitely be back.

The resort is perfectoo, I have had the opportunity to go a few times before. However, this apartment has a very privileged location with a beautiful view of the sea, pools, the club, etc! The house is beautiful, large, well-equipped and the place is very quiet. The condominium is a few minutes by car from downtown São Miguel. As we went in the low season we had the beach and pool almost private, but the city did not have many establishments open. When the tide lowers the beach makes pools that are great for those who have babies. We love the stay and we intend to return!
