Located close to the city center, 1 minute from a supermarket, 2 minutes from the historic center, and in the center of a tourist region to discover summer and winter. The accommodation: The apartment consists of a living area with corner sofa, flat screen, coffee table an open kitchen with induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and any kitchen accessories. A dining table. Two bedrooms with double beds one in 160 and one in 140, bedroom with storage. One bathroom with shower cubicle, washing machine, and independent toilet. Towels and bed-sheets are provided. Wood pellet stove heater. Balconies with views of the mountains. The neighborhood: quiet residential area, passage only for residents of the neighborhood. Great location, bakery, restaurants, market, historic center, cinema proximity without to get in a car. Transportation: The apartment is located 10 minutes' walking distance from the bus station, 3 km from the train station of Mont dauphin Guillestre. 20 minutes from the Vars and Risoul ski resorts or in winter free shuttles are at the availability for skiers. Nice apartment, heart of the resort, skis on your feet, large secure ski room, welcoming and equipped. This place will meet all your expectations with a living area, an equipped kitchenette, (microwave oven, washing machine, Nespresso and filter coffee makers...) a closed mountain area with a window, a bathroom with hydro-massage shower and a balcony overlooking the valley. Located at the foot of the shopping street, ideally located for all your ski departures or hiking trails.

Cozy Duplex in the heart of the resort for 6 people

This south facing duplex is located on the top and 3rd floor of the Eterlou residence (no elevator). Ideally located on the central street, only 50 m from the slopes, you will however enjoy the calm of the plot by having all the shops at the foot of the building. This accommodation, ideal for a family, is composed of a sleeping area of about 15m2 on the mezzanine, including a bunk bed and a 140 bed which makes it pleasant and spacious.
