Charge your batteries in this lovely cabin with a secluded location. My husband, who is an architect, designed it. The cabin is a little gem with soul and character. The interior is simple and harmonious with fine colours and authentic materials that create a warm and intimate atmosphere. Invites peace and quiet. No TV. There are great opportunities for outdoor activities both summer and winter; swimming, boating, hiking trails, top tours and skiing/downhill skiing at Gautefall ski resort. Bed linen, towels, firewood and laundry are included in the price!

Swimming at Bota Brygge and Arendal/Tvedestrand, 16 km away. Kilsund: store, gas station and public beach. Marked hiking trails. Nes Verk golf course 30 km away. Boathouse by the lake

Cozy boathouse in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boathouse/apartment is located right on the waterfront, with access to a private jetty, kayaks and a garden with garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. A real Sørland idyll. Close to, among other places, Lyngør. The boathouse is best suited for 2 people staying for longer periods. However, a dining area, sofa and bed/sleeping sofa for 4 people can be arranged if needed. Kayaks for 3 people (1 + 2) from May to September. Kayaks are not available from October to April.

Sunny, large, peaceful, scenic plot with sweeping sea views bordering large open space. Consists of lawn, rock outcroppings, heather, hammock trees, furnished terraces with and without a roof, gas grill, fire pits, badminton net, outdoor games, hammock. Kid friendly. Herb beds. Blueberries on the plot and lots of wild raspberries and wild blackberries in the immediate area. A short way to the bathing area with bathing ladders and a nice large jetty ideal for swimming, crabbing and fishing. Child-friendly beaches nearby.

Holiday apartment by the sea

Create lifelong memories in this unique and family-friendly place. We rent an apartment on the 1st floor in our idyllic Sørland house from 1894. The apartment was renovated in 2022 with new windows and a new kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. The tenant has his/her own patio and has access to the jetty and the possibility to borrow a rowboat. There are 2 parking spaces on the plot. We live on the 2nd floor ourselves and want adult tenants. Bed linen and towels can be rented for NOK 250 per person

Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the children, chickens. Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. Great location summerhouse by the lake in Tromøysund. Possibility to bring your own boat. Boat ramp 50 meters from the house. Quiet undisturbed area with proximity to nature and hiking trails. Large terrace of about 75 m2 About 20 mins. to Arendal city center by car or hydrofoil. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rent but are available on site and can be rented for NOK 250 per set The cleaning is not included in the rent. Supplement for cleaning is 1200 NOK if the tenant does not clean himself.

Vista house - Holmesund

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy a morning swim before breakfast on the terrace of the Vista house overlooking the beautiful little town of Holmesund. The Vista house is made with a natural wood structure, Italian tiled bathrooms and beautiful interiors. There is plenty of space to relax on the two terraces and the house opens up completely to the outdoors with big folding doors on each side of the living room and kitchen. This is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation!
