The quiet apartment is located in Prem. Prem am Lech is located on the border of the Ostallgäu in the Upper Bavarian Pfaffenwinkel in the middle of a wonderful alpine upland landscape. There are numerous swimming lakes in the immediate vicinity. Your 84 sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor with a private balcony. Layout: kitchen-living room, living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with bath and shower, toilet.

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. Fantastic living in the idyllic property

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

Haus am Lech

Modern apartment right on the Lech. The apartment consists of a modern kitchen , a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an entrance area with a cloakroom. The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. Above the Lech you can enjoy a romantic view of the former monastery of St. Mang and the High Castle at your feet. Shopping, strolling, dining out... possible without transportation.

Elegant penthouse apartment in modern alpine style on the Seefelder plateau. The cozy, quiet apartment on the last floor is designed for up to 4 people very comfortably. It has a bright living-dining area with modern fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi and a very large private terrace. From there you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains and the Inn Valley, both in summer and in winter.

Our holiday home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architect's house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

Panoramic suite with balcony

Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.

Romantic garden apartment on the Wildbach Halblech

The lovingly furnished, light-flooded apartment with its own entrance from the garden is located in a settlement house on the Halblech. It is 43 sqm, the living and sleeping area are not separated by a door. The apartment is suitable for couples or families with up to two children. A double bed, 180 x 200, and a sofa bed 140 x 195 offer plenty of space. The small kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, fridge and sink.
