The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein.” It's located right next to the Forggensee dam.

Directly on the banks of the Loisach, in a quiet location in the district of Garmisch and with a magnificent view of the Zugspitze massif. Numerous hiking trails and the Classic ski area can be reached in a few minutes, as well as the bus stop of the local bus, nearby supermarkets or the bakery. In 5 minutes on foot you can also reach the Loisachbad with a large playground for children and leisure facilities.

Enjoy your vacation in our new, very high-quality equipped apartment in one of the most beautiful regions of Bavaria. Up to 6 people (including 1 toddler) can find heavenly peace and quiet here, or, if you prefer, exciting adventures. Enjoy picturesque sunsets on one of your 3 terraces. You love to grill? Great food is possible on our large Weber Gas Grill. Our great accommodation is perfect for smaller groups or families of up to 6 people.

Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.

The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour. Grill something delicious on the sundeck or have food delivered directly from the pub to the tiny house via our app from Monday to Sunday starting at 5 pm.
