Our cozy apartment consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, which invites you to linger, as well as a bathroom with shower, from which you can enjoy a view of the countryside. The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

The apartment is non-smoking. Free parking is available either in a public car park a few meters from the building or directly under the windows of the apartment. Our newly renovated apartment with an area of 60 square meters is located at the heart of the charming town of Sebnitz, which is known for its silk flowers. Thanks to the central location, all the important places are within walking distance and the bus station is only 300 meters away. If you like hiking, you are in the right place, because the hiking trails start right outside the front door.

Our friendly 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. It has a living room with dining area, a separate kitchen with full amenities, and a bathroom with shower. In the bedroom there is a double bed. A children's travel bed is available and can be booked as needed. Another person can also find a place to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The smart TV with Magenta TV and RTL+ provides entertainment as well as books and games.

The apartment is centrally located and quiet with a view of Sebnitz. The marketplace and shopping facilities can be reached on foot in about 7 minutes. Sebnitz is a very good starting point for exploring Bohemian and rear Saxon Switzerland. This can be done on foot or by bike. Also for those who would like to use their mountain bike. Other beautiful and well-known places are Dresden 50 km, Pirna 35 km and Bad Schandau 15 km away.

Our small apartment is in a rural location. You can walk to the Kottmar and the Spreequelle in 45 minutes. You can also explore the surroundings by bike. Take a break and relax in this environment. The apartment is freshly furnished and is located on the first floor in an old house. The entrance leads through a shared hallway. The stairs are a bit steep. There is a garden, where you can also relax and watch chickens.

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.
