A beautiful and special stone house made with care a lot of love entirely from the foundation with natural materials such as stone and wood. It is located in a green area outside the village of Nerotrivia with unlimited and unobstructed views of the Evian Gulf and Mount Kantilio ideal for moments of relaxation and tranquility. Also in the same farm we created two more stone houses with a pool and unlimited view of the sea of the same philosophy which are separated with a stone mural for absolute privacy.

With a large balcony and panoramic view of the city, the Evian Gulf, Dirfi, the castle and the high bridge. It is located in a quiet area with private parking and within walking distance of all points of interest. Access is very easy because it is only 2’ from the train station by car while the beach and the old bridge are 1.5 km

Alkea Mountain Residence

The residence is built at the foot of Xirovouni in Central Evia. Xirovouni is a continuation of Dirfys and although its name is full of rich and dense vegetation. Fir trees, plane trees and oaks are the scenery of the area and the view of the house. The accommodation is 50 meters outside the picturesque village of Kambia which is built on the slope of the ravine. The house is ideal for those who love nature, the mountain and seek peace and relaxation.

Traditional house in Kampia (Steni Evia)

There is a stone ground floor and a furnished house of about 55 sq.m. with a large courtyard on two levels and a view of the fir trees. It consists of hall, bathroom, living room with kitchen and marble fireplace and one bedroom, which has a double bed with anatomic mattress. In the living room there is a corner sofa that turns into a bed for two people. It has a heater for heating in the winter, while the house is very cool in the summer.

Ideal for groups, teams and families, always with respect for the environment and the challenges of the Forest.

Tsekouras_Chalet

The house is located in a wild fir forest. There is no cell phone signal except in certain areas and at the top of the mountain. It is intended for people who love nature and the wilderness. A ‘high’ vehicle or 4x4 is required, as the road is quite challenging, especially during the winter months. Building a fire, using a wood-burning stove, and operating a gas stove should be among the guest’s basic skills.

Enjoy the simple things in this peaceful and central place to stay. Our apartment is located on the main road that crosses the village of Kato Steni. It is dressed externally with stone from Dirfys, in the earthy colors of Dirfys and the surrounding nature. The back side of the apartments faces the ravine of Steni, surrounded by towering plane trees, walnuts, pomegranates and cherries closer to the ravine.
