Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away 11 km. You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (min depth 1.2m max depth 2m) A car is necessary. The residence is built at the foot of Xirovouni in Central Evia. Xirovouni is a continuation of Dirfys and although its name is full of rich and dense vegetation. Fir trees, plane trees and oaks are the scenery of the area and the view of the house. The accommodation is 50 meters outside the picturesque village of Kambia which is built on the slope of the ravine. Traditional house in Kampia (Steni Evia)

There is a stone ground floor and a furnished house of about 55 sq.m. with a large courtyard on two levels and a view of the fir trees. It consists of hall, bathroom, living room with kitchen and marble fireplace and one bedroom, which has a double bed with anatomic mattress. In the living room there is a corner sofa that turns into a bed for two people. It has a heater for heating in the winter, while the house is very cool in the summer.

It has a big balcony(30 sq.m.) with a great view to Kotylea mountains and their crags. By car it takes about 5 minutes to reach the climbing areas.

It is dressed externally with stone from Dirfys, in the earthy colors of Dirfys and the surrounding nature. The back side of the apartments faces the ravine of Steni, surrounded by towering plane trees, walnuts, pomegranates and cherries closer to the ravine.
