Guests have the option of either unwinding and enjoying the spectacular views from the cabin; visit the many fossil sights and museums in the area; embark on a 4x4 trail nearby or enjoy a horseback safari through the neighbouring reserve on one of our guided horse trails, suitable for the beginner or the more experienced rider.

Because of its size it is not ideal as a romantic getaway for a single couple. It has DSTV with a fireplace for winter and outside a plunge pool and braai (barbeque) area . there are great walks and the bird life is prolific.
