The apartment is located 30 m from the lake in the 200-year-old horse stable of the manor house. It was expanded in 2018 with a lot of clay and love. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna, a large kitchen-living room with fireplace and a terrace with beautiful views of the lake. From the jetty you can fish or watch the birds. On the shore there is a free canoe, paddle boat, SUP as well as an adventure playground with tree swing, a fireplace, a ping pong table, badminton and 2 beach chairs.

Unser kleines Ferienhaus (50 qm2) haben wir 2022 grundlegend saniert. Es bietet eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den Labenzer See, der keine 100 Meter unterhalb der Terrasse beginnt. Das Haus wird von uns auch privat genutzt. Wir haben eine gute DSL Verbindung mit modernem Router, perfekt für mobiles Arbeiten und Streamen.

For more people, guest rooms with a bathroom/pantry can be booked.
