Monthly Rentals in Stevensville

We needed a quiet and private space to relax. Jordan’s space was all of this. We stayed here for a month and hardly ever heard Jordan and her family. Jordan was quick to respond if we had any questions. The bed was very comfortable and the views of the water were nice.

Andy & Rachel were great hosts! They greeted us upon arrival and were welcoming and informative. The property is absolutely stunning!! Had a wonderful sunset after the storm passed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, private place to getaway!!

Kelly's Kent Island Waterfront Home was the perfect location for a girl's get-away. Her home was incredibly cozy, the waterfront view amazing, and the location couldn't have been better in terms of access to great restaurants/things to do. Kelly was extremely quick to respond to communications and offered up helpful suggestions for local activities and restaurants. I would highly recommend Kelly's home for a girl's trip or a family gathering. I hope to make a return trip sometime soon!

This little cottage had my family feel right at home. Very cozy and close to the bay with a beautiful view. Also the neighbors are very friendly!
