On the first floor, a large room is refined and elegant with a private bathroom and a hot tub. Next to the main villa is an elegant 70sqm stone villa, consisting of a living room with sofa bed and 50'' TV, a living kitchen, two thoughtfully furnished rooms, and a refined natural stone bathroom in Slate. Beams in chestnut and stone make the environment even more authentic in perfect Tuscan style. It ensures privacy and privacy. The gardens have more areas equipped for eating, characterized by wrought iron tables, comfortable chairs, sofas, a large pergola in front of the pool with breathtaking views of the valley, a large BBQ and an elegant stone gazebo with a table and mosaic chairs. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles and 1 with a bunk bed and 1 bathroom.
