Renovated (2020) cozy guest apartment of approximately 35 sqm in an old former pig house in the middle of Österlen with unobstructed views of the wide fields. Hammenhög is the nearest village. (2.5 km away) The apartment is adapted for two people. Open-plan with social area, kitchen with dining area with space up to the sleeping loft where the loft staircase leads up to the double bed. Toilet with shower and heated floor. West-facing patio outside the entrance. In the kitchen, there is a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and cooking equipment.

A short walk from our farm you will find our canvas tent. Here you can relax and enjoy nature to the fullest. Live simply, cook over an open fire or in the outdoor kitchen that is complete for cooking breakfast and dinner. Beds are made on your arrival with quilts and pillows. You get water in bottles for hygiene and drinking. Next to the tent is an outdoor toilet. 1.5 km away is the lake with jetty and swimming, there is also a fantastic country shop in the village. With a ten-minute car or train ride from Simrishamn is the village of Gärsnäs, where this fantastic house of 120 sqm with a large patio is rented out for the 3rd year. The residence is about a 1-minute walk from the train station, which has good connections to Simrishamn but also to Ystad and further to Copenhagen. In Gärsnäs, there is a café, grocery store and gas station. It is possible to purchase a departure cleaning and this is booked before arrival, if you want to clean yourself, this should be done carefully before departure.
