This is such a special place! We absolutely loved our stay - it was the perfect place to unwind, slow down and be still. Rob was a great host and made us feel really at home . I highly recommend staying in Robs house and we’re keen to return!!

Federica and Ladislao were absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. Responsive, accommodating and flexible with check-in and check-out times. The place itself was huge, very unique and homey. We spent most of our time in the garden, which was very charming, shaded and private. The living room had a large skylight that brightened the whole place. The room was packed with a variety of plants that also gave the house a great atmosphere. We also loved the industrial kitchen! Location was also great. Central yet quiet and peaceful. Plenty of great bars and restaurants around, and just a 10 minute walk from the museum district. Overall was a great stay! Highly recommended for a group of friends or a family.

We had a wonderful time in this spacious and cozy villa in Utrecht. The apartment exudes a feel-good atmosphere and is perfectly equipped. Utrecht has a lot to offer, and from the property, a lot is within walking distance, easily accessible by bike or car. The location is very quiet, but still close to everything you need. The landlord is very nice and helpful. We can highly recommend this place!

This apartment is beautiful and pretty much exactly like the pictures. The garden is a fantastic inclusion, the bathroom is as theatrically fabulous as it looks and it was lovely to be able to play the baby grand piano. The increasingly popular De Pijp area is a short walk across the bridge and we spent most of our time there. A fantastic place to stay in a brilliant location - we’ll be back.

We had a lovely stay at Martine's beautiful home and highly recommend it! We especially loved the outdoor patio, especially when the cats hung out with us. Martine communicated thoughtfully before, during, and after our stay. A few observations to help potential renters: The neighborhood was residential and comfortable, with businesses and transit a 10-15 minute walk away. We heard a comparison that this neighborhood is like Brooklyn to Manhattan, and we think this is apt. Also, unlike most vacation rentals where we have stayed, which seem to be investment properties, this is a lived-in family home, and while it was thoroughly cleaned before our check-in, and was not an issue for us, it is a different feel than some other Air BNB's. And finally, the kitties. This was a major draw for us, they required minimal care, and spending time with them at the end of a longer vacation helped us miss our own pet a little less. We are grateful for the overall experience at Martine's home!

We had a wonderful holiday in Moniek’s beautiful house. We were so comfortable and relaxed as Moniek provided everything we could need. There were lots of lovely, stylish extras in her house too that made our stay feel special. The neighbourhood is great; quiet, peaceful and full of beautiful views of boats, beaches parks, nature and water. Yet there is also loads to do with teenagers, being so close to Amsterdam, Ajax and Delft. Almere is the perfect place to explore by cycling. The week went so quickly. Moniek was very helpful in giving useful and detailed info and in answering questions quickly. I would 100% highly recommend this AirBnB to others.

We stayed at Trevor’s for several months. During our stay Trevor was an excellent host, answering our questions quickly. The house was well equipped with all the essentials. The location is perfect, walking distance to the train station and a beautiful view of the canal.

Very lovely place. A comfortable cottage in beautiful aurroundings, very close to Amsterdam by car or on the train. Heleen was very friendly and helpful and check in/out was easy. We would definitely stay here if we visited holland again.

The lodge is very lovely, Michel & Josephine are very kind hosts! The communication was also very good. We could spend 4 relaxing days with a group of 6 people and a dog. Excellent place for a getaway from the busy cities.

We really enjoyed our stay! Isan’s house has everything you need and very clean. It is located in the small village about 15-20 minutes from airport and 20-30 minutes from Central Station in Amsterdam. if you are planning to rent a car during your trip, it is great place to stay. A quick ride from Amsterdam Central to a small harbor off the Main Street. Walkable to all the main attractions in Central Amsterdam and an easy spot to catch an Uber if you want to go further. The houseboat was as described on a quiet dock with friendly neighbors and two awesome houseboat cats Bo and Skipper. This was especially important since we were in town when Kings Day occurred and after a walk around the festivities, it was nice to retire from the craziness and relax on top of the houseboat. The host met us onboard walked us through everything and provided easy contact information for use during our stay. Check-out was a breeze. A great find and a great value!

Perfect for a family stay, we had 3 generations staying. Spaces to share, and separate bedrooms to retreat. Convenient to Tram stop, market and restaurants

Our family had a perfect stay. House was beautiful, close to the city by ferry, restaurants on the waterfront and we even got in a swim just 10mins walk from the house. Was great to be able to use the bikes too. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms modern and clean with great showers.

Excellent stay for 2 families. The garden with the view of the lake just magical. Very quiet. In the middle of nature and still close to shops and restaurants. Thanks for the loan of the bikes and boat. It was awesome to get around on the water. The area is beautiful and within reasonable distance of different cities to visit . Floris is a thoughtful host (Easter decor, welcome gifts...) and responded during the day to our messages. The house was very spacious and very clean. Authentic charm of an old farmhouse. Great time, super Host and awesome location

a very pleasant stay on Steven's boat...spending a few days on the Don is a bit of a sailor but it's very pleasant. Weesp is a small town with an absolute charm, ideally located in relation to Amsterdam. Don't hesitate, ask permission to board.

Harold's cozy houseboat is ideal for a few days' stay in Amsterdam. By public transport you are super fast in the city center! The houseboat is cozily furnished and it's a little adventure to stay in if you're not used to it. Harold is very friendly and even gave us a fruit basket and a bottle of wine to welcome us!

Nancy and her husband welcomed us very familiarly and immediately provided us with all the information we needed. The little house in the garden is a great solution for those who want to enjoy a vacation in Amsterdam in comfort. Despite being a very sheltered house, in a quiet and peaceful area, you are very close to the city center. It often feels like you're in the mountains or at least completely immersed in nature. The free ferry allows you to reach the central station in a few minutes by connecting you quickly with all the neighborhoods of the city.
