This chalet is 6x4 inside and equipped with kitchen (with microwave oven and refrigerator), bathroom with shower and toilet, a cozy bed (1.4 cm x 200 cm with a step) and plenty of storage space. The spacious, covered terrace of 6x3 meters (west) can easily be included in the living space. You are really on the (swimming) water of the clean lake. Easily accessible (20 km from Amsterdam, 15 from Utrecht, 3 from the A2) and with possible rental of bicycles, sloop and sailboat. SEE "WHERE YOU WILL STAY" FOR INFO!

Cooking on a 4-burner luxury inside kitchen is gas. The toilet is new with a mobile troley under the toilet (not visible and you do not need to empty it yourself). Very complete house on an island with its own motorboat. All this in a beautiful area with lots of nature, where there is enough to do for everyone. In the garden, you can relax in a hammock, jump on a trampoline, go canoeing, paddle boarding and swimming from your own jetty. Nearby you can continue hiking and cycling to the nearby village of Breukelen and/or hiking along the Vecht. From Breukelen station, you can reach the city center of Amsterdam or Utrecht by train in 25 minutes.

Rustige kindvriendelijke buurt, met een groot voetbal/ speelplein op 2 minuten lopen. De rivier de Vecht loopt van Utrecht naar Amsterdam en ligt op 100 meter. De Vecht is perfect om in te zwemmen of met een bootje op te varen. Bootverhuur zit op 300meter. Heel zonnige tuin op het zuiden, incl BBQ. Op de oprit kunnen vier auto’s staan en heeft een Tesla charger. Hartje Utrecht is op 10 min met de auto of 20 min fietsen. Amsterdam is 20 minuten met de auto. Winkelcentrum 5 minuten.

Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.

Relax and relax in this just refurbished cozy little water house. Take a dip in the swimming water or throw out your fishing rod. Shower down under the luxurious outdoor shower with hot & cold water. And then delicious BBQ. There is a small outdoor kitchen with hot & cold water. When the evenings are a little fresher, light the wood stove. Optionally, you can take a nice boat trip on the lake, we rent the boat with a powerful electric whisper motor.

Heerlijk vakantiehuis met privé tuin van 1200 m2 gelegen op een prachtig eiland aan de Vinkeveense plassen. Het eiland is te voet bereikbaar. En er is van alles te doen! De trampoline, schommelen, suppen, kanoën, barbecuen, fietsen, varen tussen de eilanden en heerlijk zwemmen vanaf de verschillende terassen zo in het heldere water. Voor de koude maanden is een openhaard, buitenkachel, heerlijke hottub en verwarmde buitendouche.

The spacious jetty with canopy is a lovely place to enjoy the view over the water. There is also plenty to do in the center of Breukelen such as various shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
