It may be possible to use the marked parking space in the basement by appointment, good bus connections to the city center, and walking distance to Leangen Station where the train takes you to and from Værnes. Not allowed with partying, smoking or livestock and general behavior that may bother the neighbors.

This apartment-building has (maybe?) the best possible location in Trondheim, and was finished in 2018. You can easily walk to the old part of town (Bakklandet), citycenter and Solsiden. My apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator), and is about 45m2. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a coffee-machine. There will be bedsheets, towels, iron, hairdryer ect. available. The busstop "Bakklandet" takes your directly to the airport. Big shared rooftop :-)
