Small but cozy cabin in Storvika with water, electricity and wood burning. A sleeping alcove in the cabin and an annex with bathroom and bedroom. The cabin is located in the forest about 400 meters from Storvika Strand and outdoor area. Storvika is Trøndelag's finest beach and a super swimming area! Storvika also has several bolted routes for rock climbing and the beach is widely used for windsurfing and kiting. Walking distance to train station and city centre. There may be some noise from the parking lot and industry during the day.

This is a charming little cottage in the middle of nature. About 40 minutes from Trondheim. It is a fantastic starting point for great trips in Malvik-marka both on foot and by bike. You can lace up your shoes on the stairs and you are on a trip. After 5 minutes of walking through the forest, you will come across Kjerkstien/pilgrimdleden and can walk along it into the countryside or take a canoe trip on the lake. A short bike ride away is Foldsjøen with great swimming opportunities. Storfossen with hiking trails is in walking distance.

Water can be collected outside at the main residence. There is wood burning in the cabin. Outhouse in the extension/woodshed. Good mobile/4G coverage.

Bed clothes and towels incl. All equipment for cooking, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave etc etc. Don't expect 2025 standard but it is clean and organized.

You will have access to your own outdoor terrace that is sheltered from the rest of the courtyard. Outside there is also a barbecue area that can be used freely. This place is really peaceful and quiet, both summer and vinter. Either you are one or two families who want to live together, a couple, or want to stay here alone in peace. There is less traffic, and a nice and quit little lake close to the farm. Stjernehimmel kan ses på skyfrie netter!

Grønberg Gård, great apartment 20 min from Trheim.

Grønberg farm is located in scenic surroundings by the sea. It was built in 1910 and was fully renovated in 2015/2016. The house is preserved according to the regional Directorate of Cultural Heritage, has a modern bathroom and kitchen, but retains its original atmosphere.
