The cottage is in an area with 7 cottages but completely separated from neighbors. 5 minutes from E4. There is a 10-minute drive from the cabin. The cabin does not have electricity or running water. I want to rent out a simple cottage just a few meters from the lakefront with nice evening sun and a nice little garden, just 20 minutes from Hudiksvall. The cabin has electricity but no running water. There is a smaller boat with oars. The large cabin is equipped with tables, chairs and sofa. The kitchen has two stovetop burners, a fridge and a microwave. The bedroom has two bunk beds and two extra mattresses. The cottage is located only a kilometer from the popular fishing spot Långtjärn with implanted fish.

The house was built in the 1880s and was originally a lodge that was then rebuilt into a residential building. The house is located in beautiful Forsa in a rural environment and is therefore also decorated in a rural style. Nature is close by and so are golf courses, ski trails and mountain bike trails. Within walking distance is also Hälsingegården Ystegårn, which has both a restaurant and an interior design shop.
