The property enjoys all day sun and ends with a wonderful sunset on the beach. You have a private beach for an early morning swim as well as the last thing for the evening. Not more than 500 meters from the house you have access to Baltic sea with a board walk on the ocean and two beaches for swimming.

Båtsmanstorp in rural Roslagen. Close to animals and nature. Carefully renovated cottage with wood stove and fireplace. Lush, secluded and large garden with many cultivated varieties of plants. The nearest lake is Erken, where there are several different swimming areas and scenic areas. At the cottage, there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.

Cottage at Boholmsviken on the island Sävö

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed.
