The modern apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 5-familyhouse and has been stylishly furnished. The house is situated in a quiet residential area, near the beautiful Stolberg Castle and old town, as well as the city center, the pedestrian zone and the hospital. The apartment is equipped for up to 5 people, including a baby bed. It is suitable for short trips (Chio Aachen) as well as for longer stays of a professional nature. Around the apartment there is free public parking.

If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Small ground floor apartment in Bruchsteinhäuschen Eifel/Aachen The small 1-room apartment (about 35 sqm) "Fewo Schwalbennest Zwealbennest Zweifall" is located on the ground floor of a cottage comprising only two of these apartments in one of the oldest two streets. The cottage was newly built in the early 1990s according to the historical model. Off the main road you can spend a relaxing time here. A free car parking space belongs to the apartment.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The house is part of a listed farm complex and is located on the edge of the historic center of Aachen-Kornelimünster. This former farmyard is surrounded by meadows and despite its quiet location you can reach the Aachen city center by bus in 20 minutes. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. The entrance to the first stage of the Eifelsteig hiking trail is also in Kornelimünster.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
