We completed this dream chalet with about 200 m² of usable space in 2020 to spend our vacations in the beautiful Lachtal together with our two children. Whether you're in the living room, at the dining table, on the terrace, in the garden or in the hot tub – everywhere you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Stylish and comfortably furnished loft in the heart of the old town. Beautiful oak floors and modern underfloor heating ensure a wonderful indoor climate. With a free-standing bathtub and an atmospheric bioethanol stove (in an open fireplace), the apartment offers many opportunities to relax. The maisonette is east and west-facing and offers atmospheric light at any time of the day or night. A swing in the heart of the apartment ensures joy and wellbeing.

Our cozy Zirbitz hut with sauna and fireplace is located directly on the edge of the forest with wonderful views of the mountains of the Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen Nature Park at an altitude of 1050 meters. The hiking trails start right at your doorstep, the snow-safe Grebenzen ski resort is a few minutes away. On the spacious, partially covered terrace you can hear the sound of the nearby mountain stream, sun worshipers will get their money's worth here

The house sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms and has direct access to the lake. Ideal for nature lovers looking for relaxation in or on the water (with their own pedal boat). Fully equipped with a modern kitchen, cozy living room, fire bowl, dining table and outdoor lounge - it leaves nothing to be desired.

Our stylish and luxurious alpine chalet is located at 1400 m above sea level. Enjoy the 80 m² terrace with panoramic sauna and jacuzzi. The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.
