Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Nice nature experiences with a rich bird and wildlife in the area, both on land and on water. 30 min to Halden, 8 min to Aremark city center and 10 min to Nössemark in Sweden.

Here you live in a spacious (75 m2) apartment in a converted barn with all the amenities, fireplace and patio with lake views. Only 300 meters to Kabbosjön with beach and docks. Here you can see wild animals roaming by such as deer and fox. You can enjoy nice forest walks, paddling, berry and mushroom picking. The accommodation has a large bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. Living room with exit to patio and a sleeping loft with two single beds. There is also a single bed in the living room.

Plastekan är bra att ro, men har också en motor.Du behöver ta med egen ren bensin Du kan bada från tallbevuxna berg i viken eller ute på skären och öarna. Värmlandsnäs ligger mitt ute i Sveriges största sötvattensjö, Vänern, och har ett rikt djurliv, både fåglar, hjortdjur och vildsvin.

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly-built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.
