DURING THE WINTER SEASON AGE LIMIT AT LEAST 25 years, or alternatively in the company of the guardian. 25 sqm plus 12 sqm sleeping loft. 150 meters to Åre bakery and ski bus (which goes directly to thevm8). Note: NO PARTIES! Walking distance to the square and station as well as the airport bus.

There is a small rowing boat with motor available on request. Two kayaks available. Åre is located 1.5 hours away and Vemdalen as well as Bydalsfjällen . one hour, which gives access to fantastic excursions all year round. Pets are welcome! Dog farm available. The cabin is located within a forest-farm and the owners are sometimes staying in the nearby farmhouse but you may also have the whole place to yourself - 107 acres of forest and quiet included!
