Monthly Rentals in Stračinska

Staying on Solta lived up to our expectations. A small, quiet place, made for an escape from the hectic everyday life and "recharge the batteries". The place was like the photos, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and comfortable stay. The spacious terrace from which the steps lead to the sea was ideal for relaxing with morning coffee and sunrise. Joseph is warm and welcoming, he responded immediately to every message, and Joseph's dad is a host for 10! Looking forward to another visit to Solta!

We spent a wonderful 6 nights on Solta. The place was clean, had a wonderful balcony and our hosts were very accessible and hospitable. We were allowed to taste Croatian specialties and could ask Neven and Anela anything at any time. We felt very comfortable and welcome. Enthusiastic!

We were at the place for the second time. This time the price was significantly higher and unfortunately our expectations were not quite met during this stay and we were a little disappointed. It looks a little like when the house has been lovingly renovated and furnished, but no one wants to take care of it anymore. It's worn. For example, the kitchen was not properly cleaned and there was still dirt around. The fridge door and seals are very dirty. The kitchen shop is also cut off. The bed squeaks a lot. The joints in the shower are very strong and the ventilation is missing. There is no dishwasher, so it has to be washed by hand, but only with cold water, which suffers hygiene. All in all, however, the stay was relaxing. However, the location (right on the sea) makes up for this. There were no problems at check out and the hostess was free to decide when we left :)

I am grateful I had a chance to stay here with my mother. The owners are incredibly kind and warm people who welcomed us with aperitivo and home made cake. Delicious, thank you Ankica. Everything was well explained and flexible check in was offered by them. The apartment felt like home with all the amenities and appliances. You literally do not need to bring the beach towel; the apartment has towels, bed sheets, additional duvet, blankets and washing machine so you wash something if needed. I have to give compliments regarding cleaning which was immaculate. The best part of the apartment is terrace with breathtaking panoramic view over Stomorska. You can enjoy the sunrise every morning with your coffee or tea and every day is different.. However in the evening you can relax there and listen to the waves. We had a great stay, we liked Stomorska and since we felt like home we are looking forward to come back again. We are grateful the owners made our stay even more welcoming, thank you 🙏
